My dad was diagnosed with Colon Cancer in July 2023. Luckily his surgery was successful and has been doing great since. We are so blessed, although this scare really rattled us and put life into perspective. We are so thankful to still have our dad with us. ♡ This is my 2nd year walking the 28km 7 Bridges walk and am looking forward to beating my indovidual fundraising efforts from last year of $1,853.I’m Walking for my Dad & a Cancer Free Future
I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 20 October 2024 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour.
Every year in NSW alone, more than 53,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.
