I've conquered for Cancer Council

In memory of my husband's late father

My husband Vinnie and I are walking in memory of his dad Frank Powell who died 23 years ago after a battle with multiple myeloma (cancer of the plasma cells in the bone marrow).

We are walking to raise money for cancer research that might ease the suffering of other patients and their families in future and would be grateful for any donations big or small.

I’m walking for a cancer free future

I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 20 October 2024 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour.

Every year in NSW alone, more than 53,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.
