Getting to and around the course

You can leave the car at home and catch public transport to the event for free. There are also free buses around the course if you need to give your legs a rest, or cannot access certain parts of the course.

Free public transport to the event

7 Bridges Walk ticket holders can enjoy FREE public transport to and from the event on Sunday 20 October, thanks to Transport for NSW.

Keep an eye out for your free travel pass in your inbox closer to the event date with instructions on how to use your travel pass.

Make sure to plan your trip ahead, and get to your starting village with plenty of time. Visit Transport for NSW for more details on planning your trip.

Free shuttle buses around event

A free bus service, operated by Kinetic Buses, travelling around the course in both directions will run from Milsons Point from 8.30am to 4.30pm. 

Buses will be available from the CLOCKWISE bus stops every 30 minutes in the morning and every 10 minutes in the afternoon.
Buses will be available from the ANTI-CLOCKWISE bus stops every 30 minutes all day.  

To use this free service, you need to show your ticket or the Event Guide which you will receive at your starting village on the day. 
 
For exact locations of the bus stops, please ask at the Information Tent at each village. In some cases bus stops are not directly opposite each other. Look out for Event Bus signs and 7 Bridges Walk Buses operated by Kinetic.

Please note dogs are not permitted on the free event bus, with the exception of assistance dogs.
